In the summer, sit outside on our patio or at the edge of the mountain to enjoy the weather, the views and the cuisine.
	The Red Garter Restaurant is located up on Round Top Mountain right off Exit 21, I86 in Salamanca, NY, making it a convenient spot to dine whether you're from Salamanca, Olean, Ellicottville, Jamestown, and Bradford, surrounding areas, or just passing through. We pride ourselves not only on our cuisine and views, but we think you'll find a superior level of customer service and down home friendliness that are unmatched these days.
Oh, and there's also the Red Garter Saloon. A fine place to enjoy a real cold beer and watch your favorite sports team. We have 21 TV's throughout the restaurant for your viewing pleasure. Or try one of several specialty drinks, such as the Cracklin' Cactus while enjoying delectable offerings from our special bar menu.
